SHOPPING INFORMATION

We offer different rates dependent on your location. For Local deliveries we charge R75.00 and R95.00 for Main Centres. If you’re in a regional area you will be charged R120.00. You may view our full shipping policy here. Orders over R1000.00 qualify for Economy Free Shipping.

Delivery to Main Centres in South Africa will ship for overnight delivery. Regional & Outlying areas may take up to 72 business hours for delivery. Orders for Johannesburg & Pretoria placed before 09:00 (Mon-Fri) will be marked for Same-Day Delivery.

Please note we cannot be held liable for courier delays in delivery. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding weekends & public holidays.

Once your order is placed online, it is queued for processing. The processing function includes picking of stock, packaging & readying for dispatch. If you’ve chosen to have your order shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information, courier company contact details & a link to track your package. For Collect in Store orders, you will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection anytime during our operating hours.

If there are any issues with your order, we will attempt to contact you via phone before sending an email. Please ensure your contact information is correct & up to date when checking out.

Absolutely! We try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website. So if something is in stock & you wish to reserve that item, feel free to checkout online & select “Collect in Store” as your shipping method. You’re welcome to collect during our retail store operating hours.

Orders need to be paid for online to ensure stock is reserved. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection once we’ve picked and packed it.

What shows in stock online is also available in store. We aim to keep inventory in check at all times, however, mistakes do happen and errors occur sometimes.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We make use of Payment Gateways which ensure instant payment takes place to ensure no delay in us receiving and processing your order. Payment comes off your account immediately when shopping online. We currently offer 3 InstantEFT options & use PayGate to handle all credit card transactions.

A first for South African vaping! We offer PayPal as a payment option. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card to pay. Do note though, we charge a 3% processing fee if you choose this method. Your order total will be converted and processed in US dollars.

A Wishlist allows you to to create personalised collection of products that you want to buy and save them in your account for future reference or purchase. You can also share your Wishlist to Social Media to let your friends know exactly what you want!

Please note: adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve it. Only completed and paid for checkouts will reserve an item

If the wrong item is received, please do not open it. Send us an email with your order ID & let us know which item is a problem. We will be in touch to help out.

If an item received is damaged, please email us along with pictures and we will be in touch to sort it out.

Once an order is received on our side, we aim to fulfil as soon as possible. Should you require changes or to cancel an order, please call us on 011 262 2824 as opposed to sending an email.

Once the order has been picked up by the courier and left our store, we will not be in a position to change or cancel the order.

Once an order is fulfilled on our side, you will receive an email with details including your tracking number, courier contact information & a link to track your shipment.

It may take up to 24 hours for the courier systems to update & provide you with up to date information.

Once you receive your tracking number, any communications regarding delivery times & tracking status needs to be done with the courier company directly. If you haven’t received a tracking number, feel free to contact us.
